Systems : Project Scoping

Our scoping teams will work closely with you to produce a detailed project plan and timeline before any development work is even considered.

We'll look closely at potential deadline "hot spots", key milestones and deliverables, and the optimum allocation of project resources.

A project map will detail what lies within - and equally importantly, outside - the scope of your project, and will include an analysis of functionality and workflow implications. It will also clarify scope terms and who is responsible for what, and identify key contacts for project management and other core disciplines.

Risk Analysis

With customer behaviour being so unpredictable, there's no telling what your competitors may have in store - or which other factors outside your control could affect the project. We'll work with you to assess and plan for these risks, so that strategies can be put in place to minimise their potential impact on your project.

Contingency plans and provisions for project variations will also be factored into the scope of works.
